and there I was, watching TV when my mom said "if you're gonna see the Olympics, go and see them on another TV, because I will not see them, I am not going to support what the Chinese government are doing" I was like "err WHAT?"
My mom, is a student of Buddhism, and she obviously want a free Tibet. She is in a group so they start passing the voice, they will not watch the Olympics games, they don't support the Chinese government.
They are a lot of campaigns, and people manifesting FREE TIBET, they are being arrested for putting big signs, and other stuff, like the picture above.
I think I will not watch the games. I always love those ceremonies, and stuff but, well I am going to put my sand grain in protest. I understand that I can see another, or better, do something, jajaja. I think I'll watch the news to see if my country won anything.
Still I know a lot of you are saying "are you dumb or something?" because my friends are like "free Tibet, but of course I am seeing the ceremony and the games, there's no difference".
So, will you watch this year's Olympic game sin Beijing?

I'm not watching not because I need to make a stand against China but because I don't really like the olympics. I know it sounds unAmerican but they've always bored me. Ultimately I think China is wrong in it's treatment of Tibet but don't think boycotting is fair to the athletes.
